HOW I BECAME INTERESTED IN HOLISTIC THERAPY
My interest in holistic therapy began in 2005 when I was encouraged to try Reiki treatment after struggling with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder following an operation, little did I realise that my decision to try Reiki would change the course of my life.
After experiencing first hand the benefit of Reiki I felt compelled to learn more and completed my Reiki training and attunements to Level 3 in Usui Reiki. I soon realised that I wanted to work with Reiki and other holistic therapies, helping people to understand the importance having a pro-active rather reactive approach to maintaining their health and wellbeing, to relax, de-stress and rebalance their lives.
QUALIFICATIONS
I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) with insurance to practice Holistic Therapies through the FHT. With qualifications in: Wellbeing Coaching, Reiki, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Swedish Massage, Hopi Ear Candling and Massage for Pregnancy.
Many of my qualifications are with the Vocational Training Charitable Trust [VTCT], [this is a national qualification which is recognised by many health insurers.]
